Then Manglona followed what Sahji Hossain led off in the second half to give Kagman Sparks the winning stance against Young 670 Rollers during last Tuesday’s game of the Saipan Rotary Club Youth Basketball League at the Gilbert C. Ada Gym.
The Young 670 Rollers held their ground showing they were not intimidated by age and managed to close in at the end of the first half, (8-3).
And with only Talalemoto Savali pacing their offense by firing seven points the Young Rollers struggled in the second half.
Manglona continued the surge sinking 12 more points to help nail the Rollers to 20 points then, the much older Kagman Sparks gained respect by completing a 48-20 victory.
