LATTE Built issued the following statement on Tuesday:
“We’d first like to apologize to our Kagman members for shutting down that location. We are sincerely happy to have provided a facility in Kagman for four years and are thankful for all the loyal members who enjoyed the Kagman branch. However due to unforeseen circumstances with the building management, the rent hikes were getting out of hand.
“As for our Oleai branch, the issue there was the fact that the building being a steel warehouse was hit pretty bad during typhoon Yutu and has been nothing but problems since.
“With that said, we have been searching for a better fit of a building for over two years now. Finally, this past July, the search for a dream facility has finally come to fruition. The new location is 10,000 sq. ft. with two full stories of equipment. Once renovations are complete it will boast male and female locker rooms with multiple showers, commodes, etc. We also have a few other great surprises in store for all our loyal members.
“Even though this move will be consolidating both current locations back into one facility, we are confident once you see what it has in store, you will love the change!
