(NMC) — The Northern Marianas College Foundation reminds the golfing community that registration for the CNMI’s premier golf tournament at the LaoLao Bay Golf and Resort closes at noon on Friday, March 22, 2024. Online registration is available at marianas.edu/golf/.
NMC’s tournament will be a two-day event on March 23 and 24, 2024. The tournament fee is $250. First place winners in the Men’s Championship, A, B, C, Senior, and Ladies Flights will each receive $800. Second place finishers will receive $500 and third place finishers will receive $300.
Like previous tourneys, the upcoming event will offer thousands of dollars in amazing hole-in-one prizes such as a 2024 Lexus RX350 from Atkins Kroll, a 2023 Honda Civic Type R from Joeten Motors, a $10,000 cash prize from Ambyth Shipping and Seafix, a $10,000 cash prize from Pacifica Insurance, a $10,000 shopping spree at Top Shelf Wines and Spirits, and a $3,000 cash prize from McDonald’s of Saipan.
The tournament, which is also the signature event of the NMC Foundation, aims to raise funds to build and equip modern, innovative campus facilities that will help expand the CNMI’s workforce development efforts, stimulate economic growth, and provide access to quality education for the residents of the Commonwealth.
