BLUE Haus added another win in the 2026 Madflex Invitational Basketball League by beating MP Raiders, 84-77, at the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium on Sunday.

MP Raiders looked firmly in control early, riding a balanced offensive attack. The opening quarter showcased their range, with Kenny Laquin highlighting the assault by connecting on three consecutive triples to give Raiders a commanding 19–7 lead.

Although Blue Haus began to find its rhythm in the second period, MP Raiders continued to play well as TJ Factor and Marc Tengco took over on offense to maintain the lead heading into halftime, 32-22.

However, the third quarter saw a tactical shift.

Blue Haus surged behind flawless fast-break execution, turning misses into easy buckets on the other end. Sean Licayan led the charge with 13 points while Jun Estolas added 10, as Blue Haus exploded for 38 points in the quarter to grab a 60-58 lead.

MP Raiders attempted a late-game rally in the fourth behind the efforts of Nolan Cultura on the boards while Johnkae Raquepo shot the lights out with five triples overall. However, Blue Haus’ defense held firm and preserved the win, 84-77.

Win Trust vs. D’ Outcast

If the first game was an offensive explosion, the nightcap between Win Trust and D’ Outcast turned into a tactical chess match.

In a contest marked by physical defense and foul trouble, Win Trust escaped with a narrow 63-60 victory.

The first half was a back-and-forth affair, with D’ Outcast taking a slim 32-31 lead at halftime. Win Trust’s Tony Kim was a focal point early, drawing several fouls and keeping the score close.

Momentum shifted in the third quarter as Win Trust tightened its defense, holding D’ Outcast to just 10 points.

Entering the final period with a small lead, Win Trust relied on Mii Tekopua and San De Vero to handle the high-pressure pace. Akwat and Agustin led a late rally for D’ Outcast, but Win Trust stayed composed down the stretch to secure the three-point victory.
