Natibu regains top slot over Man Amigos

Man Amigos held Natibu scoreless on fly balls in the top of the first inning, then, Manny Sablan completed the inning with a two-run shot that handed them the lead.

BJ Sablan rocketed three-run homer and Natibu fought back in the second and Man Amigos struggled in the next three straight innings.

With two outs, JR Suel and Carl Hocog stretched the lead with a two-run home run and three-run homerun respectively in the third inning.

Eric Lizama knocked-in a two-run double in the top of the sixth to pull Natibu away again.

Man Amigos rallied in the bottom of the sixth with Jerry Ayuyu and Joe Torres firing two-run HR apiece.

The Natibu sluggers took their turn to streak in the top of the seventh. Kent Kalen doubled and Suel hit an RBI single. Hocog and Lizama drove in runs with a sacrifice fly each and Natibu never looked back.

Island Rebels 18, Blazers 7

Roy Celis grand slammed, Byron Kaipat homered for three runs and Wally Chong hit a solo home run against the Blazers and the Island Rebels remained in the third slot.

Toi Celis knocked in a run-scoring single before Kaipat hit the three-run home run to set the lead in the top of the first inning.

After Chong’s solo home run in the second, Island Rebels had three more base hits including Roy’s grand slam.

Chong fired his second base hit in the third and BJ Babauta added an RBI single in the fourth to keep the Island Rebels’ lead.

The Blazers finally had seven base hits after five complete innings to cut the lead almost by half.

However, the Island Rebels widened the gap again with Marvin Palacios and Babauta firing run-scoring triples and doubles respectively.

Berdax 10, G-Ballers 5

Berdax mounted the rally in the top of the sixth inning to beat the G- Ballers, 10-5.

The G- Ballers established the lead on an error and sacrifice in the bottom of the third and kept lead in the next three straight innings with outfielders, Jun Salalila and Rusty Santos catching fly balls.

Franco Flores singled, Asap Ogumoro got the first base on an error at the short stop and Kevin Kapileo moved them to the scoring spots on an error as well.

Ben Taisacan tied the ball game with one-run single and Frank Robert duplicated it to take the lead.

Jack Diaz and Ben Camacho added an RBI single apiece and Berdax never trailed.
