To ensure things will run smoothly through out the league the Masters Basketball Federation of Northern Marianas Island will conduct courses for table officials and referees courtesy of the Basketball Association of Northern Mariana Islands.
Gabriel White, president of BANMI Referee’s Association pledged to conduct the courses at no cost to the Masters group.
BANMI have come up with a proposed schedule for the FIBA Oceania Level O (Orientation) and Level 1 Score table official and Referees’ courses.
White told the Masters Federation that he will be happy to conduct these courses for the volunteers and interested people, especially those who are tapped to run the Masters Basketball League.
The table official’s course will start on Monday, April 5 to April 8 at the Marianas High School Gym., 5 p.m. to 7:30 pm.
The referees’ course on the other hand, will be from April 9 to April 12 at the Gilbert C. Ada Gym from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
