Sikosang Yobech, Maria Gibbons, Osisang Chilton, and Keesha Keane of team Palau swam for 2 minutes and 20 seconds faster than their opponent from team Marshalls and team CNMI who managed to finish their race with a time of 2:21:52 and 2:27:97, respectively, which garnered the hosting lady swimmers Gold medals for the 200 meter relay.
At the same time, the fabulous four mentioned went to find their fluid strokes once more when they took over the other two relay races of 800 meter and 400 meter. They swam for 10:22:31 on the 800 meter to beat team Marshalls then went to their winning form on the 400 meter when they finished with a time of 5:09:81 on the last day of the swimming event.
Although team CNMI took center stage, Palau swimmers bagged a handful of medals for much of the duration of the competition that would add to the total medal tally.
