PSA will be conducting a bake sale on the upcoming PVA event of which a portion of the proceeds is intended to be donated to Taiwan Typhoon Relief efforts. Considered as fundraiser for PSA and an excellent community service, swimmers encouraged to come by and help man the booth throughout the evening, and all members encouraged to donate baked goods to sell or come by and buy the treats. While the theme is “Palauan” we will encourage using some local ingredients (taro, pumpkin, coconut, tapioca, banana), we are not limited to this…so home-made chocolate chip cookies will be gladly accepted as well 🙂
The sale will be on Friday, 25th of September at Bethlehem grounds, the old Olbiil er a Kelulau. PSA sets up the booth, all equipments, and materials needed for the sale at around 4:30 in the afternoon while the selling of goods begins and ends at 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.The community is encouraged to show their support for it will not only help raise funds for the swimming association but also benefits the people of our neighboring country, Taiwan.For questions and information about the said bake sale please contact Lola at 775-6007 or Annabel at 779-4223.
