A perennial qualifier, Santos survived three double bogeys on holes 5, 7 and 16 to edge former club champion William Retardo by one stroke. Retardo carded 1-over par 73 to finish second.
Joseph Fernandez matched Retardo’s scorecard, shooting 1-over par 73 but lost in the tie-break to claim third spot.
On the par 3 contest, consistent short-hole shooter Mike Cruz took hole # 6. Freddie Cataluna grabbed hole # 12 while Ronnie Santos seized hole # 16.
The February tour is scheduled for Feb 16 at Kingfisher starting at 12 noon.
