Sande’s Top Shooters shot team Naked Fish Barracuda out of town last Thursday at the Naked Fish bar and grill.
The Naked Fish Barracuda started out strong collaring half the points home in the Singles 301 Double in/ Double out round with team players Patrick Taitano, Ray Cepeda to be credited while the other two points went home with the Shooters; credit going out to Derol Tudela and Jonathan Tenorio.
The game was then passed back and forth in the Partner’s Wild and Crazy Cricket round with Barracuda’s Ray Cepeda and partner Bill Limes bagged the first one home throwing the lead right back to the Shooters after team players Alvin Iglecias along with partner Larry Briones foil the Barracudas stealing the second point home.
The Shooters yank the driver’s seat of the game in the Partners 501 Double in/ Double out after Eddie Iglecias, Alvin Iglecias, Derol Tudela, and Chang Torres collared all the points home away from the Barracudas yet again.
Even though team Barracuda won the Team 1001/1011 Double in/ Double out round, they still came short, two points, to beating Sande’s Top Shooter after the Shooters tallied in 3 points from the Single’s Regular cricket round and the Partner’s baseball round slipping past the Barracudas by a hairline, 8-7.
With a back to back game going on at the Flair and D’Pirates, Buddies Boyz B defeated the Sand Baggerz, 9-6, while team Kamote tamed team NO Fear and taught them a thing or two about darts, 9-6 respectively.
