The Spartans Team is composed of John San Nicolas, Lionel C. Sanchez, Jesse S. Borja, Rodney Camacho, Jayson John, Andrew M. Lizama and Glenn Camacho received their first place trophy during the awards banquet last Saturday at the Pacific Island Club’s Charley Cabaret.
None of the Jonny’s Department of Public Safety Enforcers made it in the awards banquet due to their respective tour of duties that day but they were awarded the second place trophy.
The Enforcers were Bernard Santos, Vince Mareham, Jerry Ayuyu, Carl Hocog, Norbert Pua, Ned Norita, Ferdy Ngirmekur and Joe C. Muna.
Jonny’s Commonwealth Utilities Corp., did not want to miss the party and they received their third place trophy. The CUC team is composed of Patrick Taitano, Joy Silva, Leo Cabrera, Dennis Villagomez, Ray Cepeda, Tony Dela Cruz., Joe Villagomez and Joey Borja.
Meanwhile, CUC Team’s top gun, Joy Silva won the most valuable player award.
The Spartans’ John earned this high-in award with 160 points while Jonny’s Department of Public Works Trouble Shooters’ Rodney Pinaula had the high out with 136 points during the semi finals.
In the playoff, Spartans’ Glenn Camacho and Lionel Sanchez got the high-in and high-out award with 120 and 135 respectively.
The Spartans also top the semin-finals with Jonny’s Department of Public Works Trouble Shooters trailing behind them for the semi-final second place. They were Sam Babauta, Jack Guerrero, Joe Mafnas, Zack Concepcion, Ed Dela Cruz, Darell Concepcion and Rodney Pinaula.
The Enforcers settled for the third in the semi finals.
