Four players of the Kabong team provided the offensive attack for their team however, it was Johnboy and Tito who kept the momentum of their team continued until the last minute of the match. Scoring 15 points, all from inside the paint, Johnboy was unstoppable using his powerful big body to get offensive and defensive rebounds that helped his team get more chances to shoot baskets. Just as team Jaguars were rolling back to the game putting up an 8 – 0 run at the last quarter courtesy of Jun Lanzuela’s 17 point game production, Ricky Erese and Hener Aguinaldo who had 10 points each, Tito of Kabong, who had 10 markers draining 2 three points at the first half, reloaded once more putting a dagger at the arc to stop the roaring comeback of the Jaguar team. After series of plays, Kabong worked the clock to their advantage while DMC boys tried to stage another run but could not get shot to fall in. As result, Kabong wins the title with a final score of 78 – 67.
