Tigilau shoots 65, passes RGA May title to Sablan

Ray Tigilau who was already the RGA’s April Ace golfer garnered the lowest net of 65, thus, passing on this month’s title to Sablan whose five handicap  trimmed his qualifying gross to 68.

Although he performed well in the front and nines shooting 3-over par 39, Sablan did not even beat his own qualifying net this time. He grossed 78 and earned a net of 73.

Tigilau, a 22-handicapper finished 15-over par 87 and earned a net of 65.

Tars Olopai fired two strokes over par 38 in the front nine and slowed down a little shooting 3-over par 39 scored 77 to earn a net of 69.

Ulysses Kapileo and Lou Tilipao tied in net 71. Kapileo however, trimmed his front nine gross of 48 to 37.5 to win the third place against Tilipao whose handicap was only able to cut his 44 front to 38.

Shooting closest to the pin in Hole No. 3 was Jess Wabol and in Hole No. 13, was Tars Olopai.

Wabol also made it to the top five. He shot 1-over par 37 in the front and back and finished 74 to earn a net of 72.

Jordan Kosam grossed 86 and netted 74; Duane Stephens, netted 76; Manny Mangarero, 78; Jesse Seman, 80; Ray Villagomez, 80; Jack Sablan, 81; Joe Wabol, 81; Joe Demapan, 82; Vince Attao, 86; Tom Tebuteb, 91 and Joe Saures, 93.
