Buddies Wild Shooters is currently the top pennant for the flame tree division with 98 wins and 52 losses followed by Jonny’s Umi Shooters with 93 wins and 57 losses and in third place is D’Pirates IDK 2 with 84 wins and 66 losses.
During the opening Singles Double in/ out round, the Wild Shooters’ Jun Agbuy, Rex Vea, and Froilan Viray bagged all of the points home away from the Dutty Guns exempting the first point of the game taken home by Paul Guerrero.
Team Wild Shooters then moved on to win the Partners wild and crazy cricket, bagging all of the points home in the Partners 501 Double in/ out round, collaring all of the points in the Singles regular cricket round, moving swiftly through the Partner’s baseball round to bury team Dutty Guns and finally winning the Team 1001/1101 Double in/ Double out round.
In a back to back game going on at D’Pirates bar, team VFW IDK 2 slipped pat co-home team VFW Assashunz, 9-6.
It was a feisty bout as the game was thrown back and forth between the two teams. Donavan Castro and Franklin Palacios of the VFW Assashunz split the points right down the middle two points went home with them while John San Nicholas and Sonny San Nicholas took the other two points home for team VFW IDK 2.
There was a momentary domination as the Assashunz bagged all of the points home in the Partners wild and crazy cricket round.
But team IDK 2 snapped back into reality ferociously collaring all of the points home in the following round of the Partners 501 Double in/ out round.
Again the game was thrown back and forth as both teams split the points finely down the middle during the Singles regular cricket.
However the winning momentum was ignited for the VFW IDK 2 as they got their act together to dominate the Partner’s baseball round and Team 1001/1101 Double in/ Double out round to leave their co-home team behind, 9-6.
