TINIAN Jr. High School and Saipan Community School won their respective matches in the NMBF-PSS Co-ed Middle School Badminton League on Saturday at the TSL Sports Complex.
Tinian triumphed in all the matches — boys and girls singles, boys, girls and mixed doubles — in taking down Dandan Middle School and Chacha Oceanview Middle School to garner a total of 30 points and take the lead in bracket 1.
The Tinian girls are Ayeesha Cajilla, Chae Yun Seo, Iris Lin, Ysabella Lenteja, and Jireh Cruz while the Tinian boys are Kymani Nabors, Conrad Iba, Brayden Iglecias-Santos, Skyler Dela Cruz and Jerdon Cruz.
In second place is Agape Christian School which won most of its matches against Francisco M. Sablan Middle School and Hopwood Middle School 1 to earn 22 points.
FMS is in third place with 21 points followed by HOP1 with 17 points. DMS and COVMS have yet to earn points.
In bracket 2, SCS dominated Dr. Rita H. Inos Jr. High School and Mount Carmel School to notch 30 points.
Saipan International School also has 30 points while Tanapag Middle School and HOP 2 have 15 each.
Dr. Rita H. Inos Jr. High School and MCS both have zero points.
