Cuki Alvarez said the team of young Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athletes have been diligently working on their skillset for the past three months.
“Although this is their very first competition, they are all ready to compete, and more importantly, have fun and make new friends. Our kids are very excited! I’m more nervous than them!” Cuki Alverez said in jest.
Thank you MVA
The Trench Tech Purebred Saipan Kids are also grateful to the Marianas Visitors Authority for sponsoring the team’s plane tickets and accommodations.
“A huge thank you to [MVA Managing Director] Priscilla Iakopo for assisting us tremendously in this matter. Biba Marianas!” Cuki Alvarez said.
