EVERYONE on Saipan is aware of the Great Mayor we have elected. He is the Man, and like the students at Kagman High say, he’s the “BOMB”!
The mayor has exemplified leadership in the CNMI through his perseverance and constant delivery of services to the people even though he has been hampered by funding.
The students, teachers, and staff at Kagman High are extremely grateful for all the help the mayor gave us for our Culture Day festivities. Not only did he help us out, he gave us a great inspirational speech. He didn’t dance for us because he is a good dancer too but we had a great time and all in part because of Mayor Juan “SIGI” Tudela, the Man, the Bomb!THE STUDENTS, TEACHERS and STAFF
