Eucon’s Christmas play draws big audience

Eucon  acting director of institutional effectiveness Vilma Reyes said the play was about Liu Xing, a scholar, played by Eucon president Dr. Christian Wei, who spent his life in search of the king of kings to pay his homage and offer gifts.

During  30 years of searching, he encountered so much trouble and frustrations.

His impatient and quick tempered student, Li Xian, showed the traits of a typical person who just wanted to get things done in a practical but sometimes unwise ways, but in the end he learned from his wise master.

Though Liu Xing did not meet Jesus face to face, he finally saw Christ spiritually and accepted Him as his personal Lord and Savior.

The costumes and props were amazing, and Reyes said they are looking forward to another heartwarming production in the future.

The rest of the cast were King Herod played by Seiya Kishimoto, the priest played by Leo Mao Centurion, Kimball Zhang, Peter Ma and Ben Pruglo who played the roles of the soldiers, Oleg Shishko, James Gao and Tony Duan who played the roles of the three wise men. Christian Wei Jr. directed the play.
