Manglona’s emergency call was received by Detective Simon Manacop through DPS dispatch at about 9:30 p.m., an hour and a half past the defendant’s court-ordered curfew.
Manglona is being held on the charge of contempt of court.
Superior Court Associate Judge Ramona V. Manglona placed the 29-year-old George Manglona and Ignacio Deleon Guerrero, also known as Kaboyu, 57, on house arrest on Friday afternoon, and ordered them to observe a curfew of 8 p.m. to 7 a.m.
On Monday, Judge Manglona retained the $1,000 cash bail she imposed on George Manglona during his initial appearance and bail hearing.
George Manglona was escorted by Department of Corrections officers.
In his affidavit, Drug Enforcement Task Force Detective Roque K. Camacho said he, together with Detectives Steven Castro and Dennis Reyes, arrived at George Manglona’s residence in San Vicente for a routine check at about 9 p.m. on Friday.
Police met Lucas Manglona, George’s brother, who said his brother was “sleeping.”
The detectives asked Lucas Manglona to call his brother. Lucas Manglona told police that his brother was not inside the house.
Lucas Manglona said he was told by his mother, Maria T. Camacho, that George Manglona left the house with his girlfriend.
