FOLLOWING the overwhelming response to the indigenous scholarship program of EUCON International University, EUCON International School is proud to announce a new, foundational initiative aimed at cultivating future leaders and professionals from an early age. The Indigenous Special Scholarship Program, valued at up to half a million U.S. dollars, is now open for applications and seeks to provide 80 full scholarships to students from the indigenous communities of the CNMI — including Chamorro, Carolinian, and other aspiring youth.
“To truly rebuild and strengthen the CNMI, we must begin with our children,” says Dr. Christian Wei, president of EUCON. “A solid academic and moral foundation is essential for long-term community and economic transformation.”
Program purpose: From roots to revival
EUCON International School has been serving the CNMI for 28 years, providing a rigorous academic education anchored in strong moral and spiritual values. With this scholarship program, EUCON aims to train the next generation of leaders, starting from elementary and secondary levels, ensuring that Indigenous students have the skills, values, and vision needed to lead and develop their communities.
This new program builds on EUCON International University’s recent commitment to fully fund college education for Indigenous youth. But EUCON believes true success begins with early preparation. That’s why this scholarship program reaches down to the roots — starting with kindergarten to high school, to establish a firm academic foundation that will support students throughout their lives.

• Honor their parents and respect elders
• Value moral integrity, character, and spiritual growth
• Engage in leadership roles at school and in the community
Rebuilding CNMI through education
