Superior Court Associate Judge David Wiseman said there is probably cause to believe that Martin committed aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, armed robbery, contempt, attempted first degree murder, and conspiracy to commit robbery.
Martin was represented by Assistant Public Defender Michael Curtis Brown while Assistant Attorney General William Downer was prosecuting the case.
Martin’s arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 9.
A $20,000 cash bail has been set for his temporary liberty.
Martin was arrested after a foot chase but his companion escaped.
Two pawnshop employees were injured in the robbery.
