At around 1 p.m. on Dec. 22, staff from the Palau Community College (PCC) called the police office and reported that a few students were drinking alcohol.
The police responded immediately, but the students fled, however, one student was picked up and brought to the police station.
The 15 year-old male was released and turned over to his parents after they arrived at the office.
On the same day, at around 3 p.m. two other minors were arrested in Malakal for being heavily intoxicated.
The two male juveniles ages 17 and 15 were arrested while the police was patrolling in the area.
The two were detained at the BPS until they sober up.
