Associate Judge David Wiseman, who presided over the hearing on Tinian, will sentence Christopher Cruz for disturbing the peace
On April 30, 2009, the prosecution said, Cruz struck his wife’s face after a family argument.
Cruz’s sentencing will be held on March 12, 2010 at the Tinian courthouse.
Assistant Attorney General Brian Gallagher prosecuted the case while Assistant Public Defender Richard Miller represented Cruz.
