During a meeting last Thursday which was attended by some of the interested coaches and players, the MBFNMI board noted that the number showed a good turn out.
Since each team will possibly have 12 players, the number of those who signed will bring up at least 10 teams and this, according to the board is good enough to move ahead with the league.
MBFNMI board chairman Ray Lizama acknowledged and welcomed the interested players and the Masters Federation members as he expressed optimism about everybody’s interest in joining the Masters League.
The Masters will hold another meeting at 5:30 p.m., on Thursday at the Gilbert C. Ada Gym conference room.
