Letter to the Editor: Impressive CUC

So, I called CUC’s trouble desk. I expected that CUC would slowly arrive, that they would just turn off the power, and that it would then be several days without power before anything got fixed. I was wrong.

It was almost the middle of the night, but CUC (Mike and Ben) was at my house within the hour. Mike and Ben immediately recognized the problem and went to work fixing it. They got the materials, manpower and trucks there quickly; and within a couple of hours the line was replaced and my family could safely go to bed.

Thank you CUC for being impressive and for dealing with a dangerous situation so professionally. My family and I really appreciate the job you did.
