SSA celebrates 42nd Anniversary

On Thursday, SSA is also inviting the public to visit their office for assistance in making appropriate changes in their date of births, names or addresses.

According to Bibrekei Rengulbai of SSA, the replacement of lost Social Security cards costs $2. “But we can replace them for free on Thursday,” she said.

“We are also inviting the public to visit our office on that day as we will be preparing some cakes and special refreshments for everyone,” Rengulbai added.

SSA also does outreach programs, going out to other States to update records and brief the community about its programs.

SSA has been serving the public since 1968.
