Coach Faatuala recalls in 2006 in which his team of paddlers conquered the Micronesian games canoe race held in Saipan garnering as many gold medals for team Palau. He then reiterated that having basically the same day in day out hard training that they performed during the preparation in 2006, and having his team in a top shape for the challenge, he then foresee that they will be fighting for the grandest medal which is gold for this 7th Micronesian games canoe race.
