Naraja ordered the 47-year-old Calvo, his counsel Anthony Long, and Assistant Attorney General Brian Gallagher who prosecuted the case, to attend the sentencing hearing.
The Superior Court has already received a presentence investigation submitted by a federal probation officer stationed on Guam last month.
Naraja also granted a defense motion to continue the third party custodianship of Isaac Calvo, the defendant’s father, through the sentencing date.
On Sept. 28, 2009, Calvo was found by a jury guilty of sexual assault in the second degree, and sexual abuse of a minor in second degree.
Calvo was subsequently found by the court guilty of sexual abuse of a minor in the third degree, and disturbing the peace.
Calvo has been out on bail and released to his third party custodian.
