Youth group celebrates Christmas with manamko’

Fr. Jesse T. Reyes, the parish priest, said it was the group’s first time to perform at the center.

Reyes accompanied the over 20 young teens in visiting different government offices.

Before proceeding to the Aging Center, the group also performed at the governor’s office and at the Legislature, Reyes said.

The group’s musical directors are Franklyn Iginoef, Millie Pialur and Patrick Jeffrey Pialur.

Aging Center program coordinator Walter Manglona said they appreciated the presence of Reyes at the center.

“It’s very nice to know that the Christmas spirit is still around,” he said.

Senior Citizens Advisory Council president Teresita Sorroza said the manamko’ enjoyed the presentation.

“Even though Christmas is over but it still coming here and we are very happy to listen to the songs,” she added.
