Boboy Sampang and Arthur Rivera led GPPC’s offensive attack in the first quarter, but only led Jacem Printing by two, 17-15.
But GPPC pulled away in the second quarter behind Mungcal’s 15 points and outscored Jacem Printing 27-11 heading into intermission.
Jacem Printing came out of halftime much stronger with Dante Olivos posting 8 points in the quarter to go along with his game-high 27 points.
But Olivos’ impressive performance wasn’t enough to contain GPPC’s offense as they scored 23 more points in the fourth, eventually sealing their 20-point win.
Rivera complemented Mungcal’s 25 with 18 of his own, while Sampang posted 13 for GPPC.

Angelo Fernando was too tough to handle for Fong’s Bakery as his team, I-Fashion, dominated them, 60-49.
Fernando scored a game-high 21 points to lead his team to an 11-point win over the bakery.
During the first half, Fong’s looked like the better team with an all-around scoring effort from its players, including a pair of three’s from Jayson Bahillo.
Trailing 31-29 after two quarters of play, I-Fashion sought to come out much stronger in the second half after game-planning during halftime.
They outscored Fong’s 17-9 in the third quarter by capitalizing on scoring opportunities and the opposition’s turnovers.
I-Fashion posted another 14 points in the fourth to seal the victory.
Bahillo led Fong’s Bakery’s losing effort with 19 points. He didn’t get much help from his teammates as he was the only one in double figures.
