The panel, headed by Fabian Nimea, will be presenting the proposed final draft of the FSM Independent Report on the first 5th Year Review of the Amended Compact to the state leadership, among other things.
With all four states informed of the document’s contents, Mori will authorize its final submission to the United States government.
The committee will also consult with the state leadership on the finalization of the long-term fiscal and economic framework, and preparation for the upcoming U.S.-FSM Compact budget consultation.
Yap Gov. Sebastian Anefal has notified the state leadership in his communication dated March 27, 2011. The committee will be in Yap from June 1 to 4.
It was proposed that the committee will meet with the Yap State Legislature on Thursday, June 2, followed by a meeting the next day with the rest of the state branches at the Yap Small Business Development Center.
