Special Advertising Feature: Inkbox: Refilling your ink and toner needs

This concept gave birth to Inkbox three years ago, a company that focuses on recycling and remanufacturing ink and toner cartridges to help companies control their operation costs.

As computers took the reins in all households and offices, the need for inks and toners to print documents increase, and this is where  Inkbox comes in.

“At Inkbox, we help you save your precious dollars by refilling and remanufacturing your old ink and toner cartridges. You cannot just keep buying new ones each time your ink or toner runs out,” computer specialist Leo Asuncion told the Variety.

He said  a customer saves from 40 to 50 percent for remanufacturing a toner cartridge, and about 60 percent savings off the buying price on ink cartridges.

With the plummeting economic conditions, Asuncion said that Inkbox is also struggling to stay afloat like all the other businesses, but this is the time when companies should turn to recycling and remanufacturing all the more.

“We remanufacture all kinds of inkjet and laser toner cartridges, and we also buy empty Canon, Epson and HP cartridges,” Asuncion said.

Inkbox has been serving a growing list of individual customers, government contracts, and private corporations who owns and uses computers and printers since they opened in June 2008.

With inks and toner materials coming from the  U.S. and Germany, Asuncion said that Inkbox clients can be assured of getting only the best and the highest technology available.

Inkbox carries popular brands like HP, Canon, Epson, Xerox, Brother, Sharp, Lexmark and Samsung.

“If you want to save money on your business, give us a call and we will be happy to come over to assess your needs and supply what you need,” Asuncion said.

The company has invested in special machines to fill special needs for the ink and toner refilling process, and this investment goes back to the customers in the form of better service.

Inkbox also sells computer units, parts and accessories. They also offer home and office networking, document printing and copying, brand new toner and ink cartridges, premium toner cartridges, and computer services and repair, and home service for computer repairs, all at budget-friendly prices.

Environment-friendly

Inkbox is not just all about business and computers. They are concerned with the environment and has partnered with the Division of Environmental Quality to support the department’s recycling efforts.

Inkbox uses biodegradable packaging and reusable bags and recycle cartridges even up to eight times before disposing them of properly.

“We are promoting environmental awareness as part of our business. We work with our clients and educate them on the importance of recycling not only to save but also to help keep our environment clean,” Asuncion said.

Working with Asuncion at  Inkbox are ink specialist Ver Cucal, computer technician and customer relations Sonny Bongato, Jr.

InkBox is open Monday to Saturday from 8a.m. to 6 p.m. For inquiries, call 234-2INK (2645), fax 288-1313 or email [email protected].
