The program covers critical areas such as instructional leadership, technology for school leaders, educational law, school personnel, school finance, supervision and evaluation, and facilitative leadership, which prepares participants to tackle the evolving challenges in educational leadership.

The third cohort’s commencement ceremony was held on Aug. 8, 2024 in the William S. Reyes Elementary School cafeteria. The inspirational speakers were Commissioner of Education Dr. Lawrence Camacho, Board of Education member Andrew Orsini, Instructional Technology and Distance Education Director Lorraine Catienza, ALP participant Leora Ngirablosch, and Kagman High School Principal Benjamin Jones Jr., an ALP Cohort 2 graduate. Also in attendance were ALP instructors and mentors.
