(CNMI DOL) —The CNMI Department of Labor’s Administrative Hearing Office has relocated to a newly renovated building at 1331 Ascencion Drive on Capital Hill. The newly renovated building was designed to make services more accessible to the public and build capacity within the hearing office. Funding for this project was made possible by the U.S. Department of the Interior, the Office of the Governor, and the Office of Grants Management.
Additionally, the Administrative Hearing Office has updated its standardized forms and other resources to reflect the move, better serve self-represented litigants, and assist the office in processing and evaluating filings.
