Our Governor has clearly broken many CNMI Laws that our AG seemingly doesn’t want to prosecute, not to mention the Federal Laws he has broken that are now under investigation for RICO crimes. Our Legislature is obviously the right-hand of our Governor who actually conducted a SECRECT GOP meeting in our Legislature leaving out the minority-bloc. Out Legislature continues to delay and play games in performing their fiduciary duty to place checks on the Governor for accountable balancing of our Governor’s activities. Our GOP controlled Legislature has now been exposed as possibly being “complicit with the Governor in defrauding the People” in the misuse of Government funds and refusing to show the People HOW they spent OUR money. Our Legislature has been complicit in the “cover-up” of MILLIONS owed to the CNMI People by failing to even mention nor actively pursuing the 37 million owed to the People which could have avoided the austerity measures that our Governor implemented.
Thanks to the kandit (light) by KANDIT News we are now learning about how an HONORABLE Supervising Police Officer (Mr. Pangelinan) is actually being PUNISHED for being the “whistleblower” who exposed the illegal activities of our Police Commissioner proving that the Torres Administration is actually a “DANGER to our Society” when the top Police Officer is also under the GOP Politics over doing the right thing FOR & BY the People. When our Police officers are in danger it tells people with common sense that WE are ALL in danger of retaliation for going against anyone in the Torres Administration. The punishing of a Federally PROTECTED whistleblower is really the last straw for me and for many in our society who understand the implications of retaliation which is also going to have a significant effect on the coming mid-term elections if something isn’t done NOW to stop the Torres Administration.
The People of the CNMI are literally under siege and calling out for the Feds to come in and stop all of this corruption that continues to go un-checked. Our Attorney General has remained totally silent even though he OWES it to the People to at least SAY SOMETHING. WE the People can’t depend upon our Legislature nor our Attorney General and we have NO CHOICE but to ask for Federal Intervention in the violation of CNMI State Level Laws that have been broken but are NOT being prosecuted. If there is a need for people to come in and sign a personal complaint I am more than confident these people can be produced just contact me and I will organize that group (you know where and how to find me). The mid-term elections are just around the corner now and the Democrats are gearing up for this major Political event in the CNMI. The Democrats have called for a General Membership meeting this coming Saturday the 11th at 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the Grand Rio Hotel (former Hafa Dai). If you are a genuinely concerned citizen and want to help in taking back our Government by running as a Democrat or just want to vote a different way this time YOU need to be THERE!!! This is the opportunity that many of us have been waiting for to help put a stop to corruption, so tell a friend to tell another friend to be at the Democrat’s Meeting this Saturday.
