Drunken man assaulted by another individual

Bureau of Public Safety Acting Patrol Division Chief Peter Napoleon said that the victim was brought to the hospital for treatment.Napoleon said a male Palauan called police on August 18 at 11:19 p.m. and reported a male individual was beating a drunken male individual.Police responded to the scene and found the victim having a dislocated arm, and his right shoulder and left ear were bleeding.The victim was too drunk to remember the incident.Napoleon said the case is still under investigation.
