Cop’s store burglarized

Bureau of Public Safety Acting Patrol Division Chief Peter Napoleon said that the incident was reported to the police at 6:37 a.m. on August 18.The caller who is a police officer reported that his store in Ngerchemai was burglarized and some $30 worth of goods was stolen.The officer reported that the door was forcibly opened.The store was last secured Sunday night and when the owner returned the following morning, he discovered that the door was already open and some items were already missing.Napoleon said anyone who has information on the said crime could call police at 488-1422, 911 or Crime Stoppers at 488-8477.
