Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon said that the minors were arrested on Saturday morning at 1:21 am when authorities caught them in the act of drinking alcohol at the Palau Community College Tracking Field.
Last week seven minors were arrested for minor consuming alcohol and curfew violations.The six minors are from Koror while the other one is from Angaur.
