The latest to benefit from these training opportunities are the special assistant to the president for administration, Josaiah Waguk and Deputy Assistant Secretary for Asian Affairs Brendy Carl.
Waguk and Carl attended the seminar on Chinese government concessional loan in Beijing from May 18 to 7 June 7.
The training was sponsored by China’s Ministry of Commerce and undertaken by the Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation.
The seminar was one of many being offered by the Chinese government under its 2009 Human Resource Development Program.
Each of the 46 training and seminars allow the FSM to send two to three participants.
