Xterminators, Natibu post 2nd win in KQD’s 2nd leg

Jerry Ayuyu fired two-run singles in the second and third innings and Eric Palacios drove in three runs in the first and hit a run-scoring triple in the second as the Xterminators pounded Saipal for a 21-7 victory.

Leo Bobai beat Roy Celis and Saipal held the Xteminators scoreless in the top of the first inning. But after second baseman, Oliver Secharmidal foiled Saipal’s three attempts the Xterminators rampaged in the bottom of the second inning.

Short stop Ayuyu and first baseman Popo Tudela kept the bases empty in the top of the second inning.

Mel Sakisat walked Celis in and Manny Sablan knocked in a two-run single as Xterminators kept the rally in the third. Dave Camacho Jr., drove in two runs with his double in the third and rocketed two-run single in the fifth.

Thelma Mizer drove in a run with a sacrifice bat.

Natibu 13, Sakau 5

BJ Sablan hit a grounder and dashed to the scoring position before Evelyn Kani drove him in with a single in the bottom of the second inning.

The Sakau sluggers who joined King and Queen of the Diamond for the first time fired 14 base hits but ended up stranded most of the time.

Jun Luzama who led off a single before batting home from Osaki Keller’s single connected a two-run double in the second.

Timothy Cruz fired a run-scoring single and Nick Cruz drove in a run with a sacrifice fly in the sixth inning.

JR Suel led the Natibu’s rally with a go-ahead single in the top of the sixth inning and BJ Sablan hit a run-scoring single to help complete their nine-run sixth inning.

Kulan Zamu 16, Falcons 2

Kyle Kaipat sliced a single and drove in two runs in the top of the first inning and Juan Iguel drove in two in the fourth as Kulan Zamu turned its ire at the Falcons leading to 16-2 win in the losers’ bracket.

Jeff Isaac batted to the scoring position in the second and knocked in a drove in a run with a single in the fourth inning.

Jovie Omar drove in two runs with a sacrifice bunt in the third inning Toi Celis fired a run-scoring single.

Kyle went ballistic again in the fourth inning hitting a two-run double and Byron fired a run-scoring single as keep the rally in the fourth all the way to their 16-2 victory.

John Terlaje struck out two.
