Deleon Guerrero began participating in the annual Christmas Party at the dialysis center in 2012 after he won one of two House seats in Precinct 5.
This year, because of the Covid-19 restrictions, the dialysis center had to cancel its Christmas party.
But on Friday, Deleon Guerrero sent three boxes of oranges, three boxes of apples and three boxes of bananas to the dialysis center for its patients and healthcare workers.
“Every year, I’ve never missed sending gifts for the center’s patients and healthcare personnel because I am very concerned for their well-being,” he said in an interview.
He said the Covid-19 pandemic will not stop him from showing his support for the patients and healthcare personnel. “They are all close to my heart,” he added.
