THE TRUTH of the matter is it is TIME for the FBI to pull the trigger on the RICO Case against Ralph Torres, as the People of the CNMI more than deserve some form of “Justice & Resolution” to alleged crimes against the People that took place years ago. The recent ruling by the Pro tem Judge Barcinas has the CNMI reeling about our Justice System and questions now are arising about the RICO Case becoming a reality given the silence and delay. At the very least the People of the CNMI “need & deserve an update” given the time that has elapsed since the infamous raids and especially given the fiasco that recently took place in our State Court that has drawn concerns for our entire Justice System at the State Level. Whenever a State elected prosecutor, or their special prosecutor can’t prosecute a justified & valid case and the case is tossed into the political arena for an Executive solution — WE are in DEEP trouble! I’m just thankful that I’m very confident that our Governor DOES NOT want to get back in bed with Ralph after the last nightmare he woke-up from the last time they were together — figuratively & literally!
While WE the People are waiting to see what & how the Governor is going to address the issue of prosecuting Ralph, and the actual trial, NOW is a very appropriate time to give the People an update or if the case is even going to go forward in the future. I’m sure Federal Agents will agree that it is only “proper & fitting for the People to get some kind of update or results from the Federal Raids that caused an enormous wave of concern about our former Governor and other Government Political Operatives in the RICO Investigation that may still be operating within our Government with no impunity nor accountability. WE the People could be electing & re-electing people that are in the RICO Investigation who may very well be found guilty, as WE are operating in the blind, which is why it’s TIME for this RICO issue to come to fruition in some way, shape, form or fashion!!!
I’m just trying to lead by example as many if not most locals don’t want to make this kind of public request and our leaders sometimes get tunnel vision with the “NOW” missing the BIG Picture of the FUTURE! But this is not a negative mark nor an attack on the FBI, as I’m sure most citizens appreciate our FBI and WE also know that politics and even poli-tricking is involved in the RICO case, especially when it’s a Republican Governor and WE know how Republicans play the game of justice and it’s not clean & fair. But I am humbly and respectfully asking FOR the many hundreds if not thousands of CNMI citizens who want to see the Federal RICO case come to fruition. There is sooooo much WE need to put behind us which is why it’s my sincere prayer this public appeal on behalf OF the People will give rise to a serious consideration to at least “inform the very People you are working FOR on WHAT is happening with Ralph’s RICO case.” Thanks, FBI, for your continued efforts to “protect & serve America and the People of the CNMI.”
