Judge Govendo lacks understanding of Saipan’s introvert culture. We live in a closed society and not an open society like the one they have in New York and Boston. Judge Govendo is an extrovert judge and forgets he is dealing with an introvert people.
He likes to interfere and change the stipulations entered by both parties who are trapped in dispute. Sometimes he gets carried away in family court. He thinks he could make Saipan a utopian society from the bench.
Ken is a good lawyer, but not a good judge. Reminds me of a good detective, but a bad administrator.
