Truth & Consequences (76): The list — crimes & honorable or dishonor!

MY “Pulpit Bully” op-ed about Robert Hunter seems to have gotten the attention of the AG and I’m sure a lot of citizens are happy he published the list of those who owe the People. Now if We can only get someone to take IPI to Court for OUR Community Chest Fund (77-million now) before everything is sold-off.  Thank you, AG, as it is refreshing to know that someone is truly looking out FOR the People’s interest in our government. I didn’t request the list to try and embarrass people, just simply doing my job as a real “activist FOR the People.”  It’s the law and the people were cheated out of over 8-million dollars that must be repaid given how badly the people need this money and more. I care more about all of us, even my critics, than individuals enriching themselves.

But at the same time those on the list like Robert Hunter and his “cheerleaders” want to insinuate that because these are “civil matters” that it was not a crime to take the money.  Well, first and foremost it may be considered a civil charge but Robert Hunter and his cheerleaders need to know that “anytime someone infringes upon the rights of another they have committed a CRIME” be it a civil or criminal CRIME. The people on the list really need to be thankful because I’m certain the AG could easily charge them with “FRAUD” which is criminal.  But the AG is being nice & civil and just wants the money returned but it is clear they participated in “a scheme to defraud the Feds and/or the People of the CNMI.”  There were all kinds of news articles protesting the overtime being paid as illegal and there was really no excuse for those who took the money KNOWING it was illegal.

But now the real test of their character begins as I’m sure most readers will agree that if they are truly honorable, they will return the money or set up a payment plan without protesting the fact that they owe the money, which is the honorable thing to do. However, I’m sure people like Robert Hunter who wrote a three-page essay trying to twist the facts and even insinuated figuratively that “his arm was twisted into signing for the money” that didn’t fool anyone. But in fact, made him look dishonorable    because in the end and the bottom line is Robert Hunter took illegal money and he knew it making him a “Civil Criminal.”  The Court handles all CRIMES against a person, the Government, a Business or the People. So, if any of them want to be “dis-honorable” and fight against returning the money then it’s their prerogative.   But stop trying to make this matter sound like it is not a serious matter when it was a real “white-collar CRIME” amounting to over 8-million that the AG has chosen not to prosecute criminally but civilly for what they did to the People and knew it.

FYI my critics, I speak for the hundreds and even thousands of people who AGREE with me, not necessarily all the people, so stop crying about me saying “WE the People.”  I’m sure most readers understand this fact but “twisting-things, deflecting-things, gaslighting-things and even pointing-fingers” are desperate and even ugly attempts to avoid the Truth and/or Reality.”  Crying in the comment section is not going to change anything nor can it help the people but some of you just like to see & hear yourself being ugly hiding behind a phony name — COWARDS!

Reiterating my thanks for the list AG and I’m sure a lot of other people are also glad you published the list so WE the People can see who are “honorable or dishonorable.” One People One Direction!
