The purpose of the public meeting is to determine whether poker parlors should be allowed to remain in Kagman or be banned.
The meeting will be held at the Kagman Community Center on Tuesday, March 30, at 7 p.m.

Filipino group to induct new officers
(MAFEA) — The Marianas Association of Filipino Engineers and Architects will induct its officers and board of directors at Fiesta Resort & Spa on March 27. The program will start at 6 p.m. and end at 10 p.m.
The general membership of MAFEA is encouraging all Filipino engineers and architects in the Northern Marianas to participate, have fun and meet old and new members.
“As comrades in the engineering industry, as partners in the improvement of island infrastructure projects, let us show our support to the newly elected sets of officers who will carry out our goals as professionals,” MAFEA said.
