Agana Heights mayor endorses RB Camacho

THE mayor of Agana Heights, Guam, Paul M. McDonald, has endorsed Ramon “RB” Camacho’s independent candidacy for Saipan mayor.

“Mr. Camacho’s leadership record of accomplishments and service to the people of the CNMI is outstanding,” McDonald said. “I have known him to serve the CNMI with integrity, honesty, and professionalism. In addition, Mr. Camacho has remained active in many programs and activities and is always willing to help others when needed.”

McDonald believes that it will be in the best interest of Saipan if Camacho becomes its mayor.

“He upholds the qualities of a very established individual —  Intelligent, Experienced and Educated, Respectful and Responsible. His professionalism gives him the potential to carry out any workload, and most importantly, Mr. Camacho is proven to be a team player and communicates well with others,” McDonald said.

“I am confident that Mr. Camacho will serve the people of the CNMI to the best of his ability and will make sound decisions that will benefit all who call the CNMI home,” he added.

Camacho, a lifelong farmer and a retired police major, is running as an independent candidate. He is a former chairman of the CNMI Board of Parole and of the Saipan and Northern Islands Municipal Council.

The other candidates for Saipan mayor are Democratic Rep. Richard T. Lizama and Republican Rep. Joseph Leepan T. Guerrero.
