Michael Rafael said that a single car that runs off the road was reported to the police at 7:46 am on Wednesday.The incident happened in front of an apartment in Ngerbechdesau.Rafael said the blue sedan with plate 2K5011 was traveling on the road when the driver lost control and collided to the electric pole.Meanwhile a man was cited for failing to yield the right of way when the car he was driving hit another car.Rafael said the incident was reported to the police on Tuesday at 11:51 am at the Ikelau intersection by the CK Mansion.Rafael said Raybon Wasisang, 27 was cited for failing to yield the right of way to another motorist.Wasisang was driving a gray Nissan Terano and was heading towards Topside when it hit the blue Suzuki driven by Rufina Ali, 47.Ali was heading east on the main highway when hit by Wasisang’s car.
