On May 9, 2024, the U.S. District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands hosted the 9th Annual Ninth Circuit Civics Contest District Level Awards Ceremony to honor this year’s winners from the district. With a notable increase in submissions, the court decided to recognize the top 10 participants and the top 3 winners in both the essay and video categories.
