Bureau of Public Safety Director Norvert Yano, said they are preparing assault and battery charges Ngimak Adolf. Adolf is now detained in isolation area for violating his probation.
Adolf, 19, was arrested Tuesday for assaulting a student identified as Gloria Rudolph, 19 years old.
Investigation showed that while the victim was walking in front of the school’s mechanic shop building, the suspect immediately hit her in the face causing a laceration near her right eye.
The suspect admitted that he attacked the victim for allegedly staring at him.
Adolf who is a prisoner and a student of the PCC is under 6pm to 6am conditional pardon.
