The victim identified as Gloria Rudolph, 19 years old while the suspect was identified as Ngimak Adolf, 19 years old.
Police investigation showed that about 4:45 pm Jay Olkeriil, vice president of PCC called the Bureau of Safety (BPS) office and reported that the victim’s face was bleeding as a result of the assault.
Officers immediately responded and upon arrival the victim had already been transported to the hospital by a school staff after sustaining a laceration near her right eye.
The victim was walking in front of the school’s mechanic building shop when the suspect hit her in the face.
Adolf was arrested by the police and admitted that he hit the victim for staring at her.
The suspect is a prisoner who is under a 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. conditional pardon.
